Fresh Hop Pale Ale

Team Bella gathered 100lbs of partially hand-picked organic Cascade hops from Black Canyon Hop farm located in Sand Hallow, ID for this seasonal brew. Hop cones directly off of the bine contribute more of a grassy, plant like flavor. To give the recipe the full spectrum of the Cascade Hop, Cascade pellets where used to dry hop and were fermented with our  New England Yeast strain. The end product is a hoppy pale ale that showcases one of Americas most popular variety of hops- the Cascade.
